4 Men - Pilates Mat with a focus on strength, stamina and stretching (may include weights)
- Pilates Mat 4 Guys & Gals - Mat work with focus on proper technique may include large
balls, Pilates circles, bands, small weighted balls, weights, foam rollers, Tower, and/or barrels. Not necessarily and easy
workout. A slower pace challanges your strength, stretch and stamina.
- Advanced Mat - (Strong Intermediates and Advanced students), with proper technique the Advanced
Mat order, exercises and stamina are challanged with a vigorous flow. Be prepared to sweat!
